Why Messenger Content Requires a Different Approach

Facebook Messenger is a private messaging platform. 2. On mobile: long-press the voice message. On desktop: hover over it and click the three-dot menu.

1. Go to Facebook Settings → Your Facebook Information → Download Your Information.
2. Check Messages. Set media quality to High for video files.
3. Set a date range if you only need messages from a specific period, then request the download.
