How Our Temporary Processing Works
Our service is designed with privacy-by-design principles. Here's exactly what happens when you use our service:
Temporary Processing
When you submit a Facebook URL, we temporarily extract the audio for transcription processing only.
AI Transcription
Our AI processes the audio to generate a text transcript, which is immediately returned to you.
Automatic Deletion
Within 2 hours, ALL temporary files, cache, and processing data are automatically and permanently deleted.
Technical Privacy Safeguards
Automated Cleanup
Our servers automatically delete all temporary audio files and transcription results every 2 hours.
Minimal Retention
Only anonymous telemetry is retained for service monitoring. No video content, transcripts, or personal identity data is kept permanently.
Encrypted Connections
All data transmission occurs over encrypted HTTPS connections. No data is sent in plaintext.
No Third-Party Sharing
Telemetry data is never shared with advertisers, data brokers, or any external parties.
Contact Forms and Feedback
When you use our contact forms or provide feedback:
